Wellbeing program

This year, the festival will be hosting a wellbeing program across the weekend for the first time. Coordinated by long-time local and international yoga teacher Anna Smallwood of Roaming Yogis, several free classes and meditation sessions will be available at a range of timeslots to suit locals and visitors.

Depending on how much dancing has happened the night before, these wellbeing sessions may be the perfect foil to high energy activities, and make for a perfect slide into sublime relaxation.

Stand by for more details of free community yoga, kids’ mindfulness and meditation sessions when the full program drops.  

Bookings may be required depending on COVID regulations at the time of the festival, so make sure you subscribe to our newsletter or follow on social media so you’re the first to know.  

Yoga

Free yoga classes across Culburra! Anna Smallwood as been practising vinyasa flow, yin and other forms of yoga practice for more than 25 years.

Regular classes across Culburra Beach, Callala Bay and Berry have made Anna’s inclusive and community-focused yoga practice a much-loved part of the South Coast lifestyle. For the first time in 2021, Anna will be coordinating a comprehensive wellbeing program across the festival, with free classes planned in multiple community spaces.  

Whether you’re a beginner, a family, kid or long-time yogi, you will find a perfect flow, meditation or mindfulness class for your needs.

Meditation

The healing and presence of meditation practise can change your whole day, week or life… our wellbeing program by Roaming Yogis will include meditation exercises, pranayama, mindfulness and family-friendly workshops to help you tune into your inner peace... Or inner warrior depending on what you need.
