For the first time in 2022, the Burradise festival committee will be offering free community wellbeing sessions as part of our recovery vision following multiple natural disasters and two years of pandemic.
Coordinated by long-time local and international yoga teacher Anna Smallwood of Roaming Yogis, several free classes and meditation sessions will be hosted in the community throughout the week-long extended festival program.
FREE MEDITATION & YOGA SESSIONS will be held DAILY in the Surf Club on Farrant Avenue from 8am, Monday 26 September to Thursday 29 September, 2022. You're welcome.
8am — 8.30am : Meditation session. Nowra Culburra Surf Club, Farrant Ave, Culburra Beach
8.30am — 10am : Vinyasa Flow yoga practice with Anna Smallwood.
Anna is inspired by her love of dance, movement and music, as well as the joy of tapping into moments of stillness and spaciousness, and really listening to what arises from within that space. She enjoys sharing her understanding and deep love for yoga with others and witnessing the transformation it brings to her students.
